Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions outline the policies, expectations, and responsibilities associated with purchasing custom stationery, semi-custom collections, and day-of details from Annette Nicole Paper Co. By submitting a contract, paying an invoice, or approving a proof, you agree to the terms listed below.
2. Design Process
Concepts & Revisions
Each custom project includes a set number of concepts and revisions as outlined in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the contracted amount may be billed at an hourly rate.
Once a design proof is approved, no further changes may be made without additional fees.
Proof Approval
It is the client’s responsibility to review all text, layout, spelling, dates, times, addresses, and details.
By approving the final proof, the client accepts full responsibility for any errors. Reprints will incur additional costs.
3. Timeline & Scheduling
Project Timeline
Your project timeline will be outlined at the start of the design process. Timeline estimates depend on timely communication, proof approvals, and payment.
Rush Orders
Rush options may be offered depending on availability and will include an additional fee.
Delays
Annette Nicole Paper Co. is not responsible for project delays caused by:
late approvals
incomplete information
delayed payments
shipping carrier delays
issues beyond our control (supplier shortages, weather, printer delays, etc.)
4. Payment Policies
Deposits
A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your project on the studio calendar. No work begins without this payment.
Payments
The remaining balance is due prior to printing.
Design files and printed products will not be released until payment is received in full.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of stationery, all payments are final and nonrefundable.
5. Printing & Production
Color Variation
Colors may vary between monitors, digital proofs, and final printed items. Minor variations are standard and not considered defects.
Handmade & Specialty Materials
Handmade paper, letterpress, foil, embossing, and specialty finishes may include natural variations. These are inherent to the process and not considered flaws.
Quantity Overage/Shortage
Printers may deliver a few extra or slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Any extras are complimentary. Shortages within industry tolerance may result in a reprint at no additional cost.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges will be included in your final invoice unless otherwise noted.
Once items are shipped, Annette Nicole Paper Co. is not responsible for:
lost or stolen packages
shipping carrier delays
incorrect delivery addresses provided by the client
Reprints or reshipments due to carrier issues will incur additional charges.
7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, illustrations, layouts, and digital files remain the property of Annette Nicole Paper Co.
Clients receive printed products for personal use only.
Clients may not reproduce, alter, resell, or create derivative works from any design.
If you require commercial usage rights or licensing, please contact the studio.
8. Social Media & Portfolio Use
Annette Nicole Paper Co. reserves the right to photograph and display completed projects—including custom work—for portfolio, website, and social media use, unless the client requests a nondisclosure agreement prior to the start of the project.
9. Client Responsibilities
By working with the studio, the client agrees to:
provide accurate information
communicate in a timely manner
thoroughly review all proofs
understand and accept the design + production timeline
confirm all wedding/event details before printing
10. Studio Right to Refuse Service
Annette Nicole Paper Co. reserves the right to refuse projects that conflict with the studio’s schedule, values, or brand integrity.
11. Agreement
By submitting payment, signing a contract, or approving a proof, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
