Ownership of Artwork & Designs

All artwork, illustrations, layouts, typography, patterns, templates, mockups, and digital/printed materials on this website are the exclusive property of Annette Nicole Paper Co. (formerly designed by and copyrighted to Annette Borowski).

All designs are protected under U.S. and international copyright law from the moment they are created. Unless otherwise stated in writing, I retain all rights to my artwork.

Personal Use Only

Any stationery purchased from Annette Nicole Paper Co.—including invitations, menus, signage, and day-of goods—is provided for personal use only.
Clients may not:

  • reproduce,

  • redistribute,

  • resell,

  • modify,

  • or create derivative works

from any design without explicit written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Claim my artwork or designs as your own

  • Remove branding, watermarks, or identifying marks

  • Recreate or imitate any invitation suite, template, or design

  • Sell digital files, templates, or printed materials using my artwork

  • Upload my designs to marketplaces (Etsy, Pinterest, Zazzle, Canva, etc.)

  • Use my designs for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale

  • Train AI tools or models on my images or artwork

Any unauthorized use will be considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Web & Social Media Sharing

Clients are welcome—and encouraged!—to share photos of their stationery on social media.
I kindly ask that clients:

  • tag @annettenicolepaperco (or your preferred handle) when sharing, and

  • avoid cropping out logos or credits where present.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

I reserve the right to photograph and display any custom design work for my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless a nondisclosure agreement has been signed prior to project start.

Copyright Registration

Signature collections and select custom suites may be formally registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Unregistered works are still fully protected under U.S. copyright law.
