our process

THE CUSTOM EXPERIENCE

Designing your stationery is more than a process—it’s a journey we’ll take together. From our first conversation to the final delivery, every step is meant to feel thoughtful, collaborative, and true to your story.

  • Every design journey begins with a conversation. We’ll get to know your story, your celebration, and your vision for your paper goods. From this initial discussion, we’ll talk through your needs, design inspiration, and printing preferences to determine the right direction for your project.

  • Following our call, you’ll receive a custom proposal that clearly outlines your bespoke aesthetic, design scope, timeline, and investment. Once approved, we move forward with your contract and retainer to formally secure your date on our design calendar.

  • We’ll refine your moodboard together to align tone, color palette, and overall aesthetic. Once the direction is finalized, I’ll begin creating initial design concepts that bring your stationery to life using thoughtful materials, color, and typography tailored to your event

  • After reviewing your concepts, we’ll refine your favorite design through up to five rounds of revisions — adjusting layout, typography, color, and materials until everything feels just right. This stage ensures your stationery feels cohesive, intentional, and reflective of your style.

  • Once your design is approved, production begins. I work closely with trusted printers and finishers to bring your pieces to life with the highest quality and care. Depending on your project, production typically takes 4–6 weeks. Each suite is assembled, packaged, and delivered with care, ready to be shared with your guests.
